10 Things I Recommend to do in Leamington Spa

Looking to discover a charming slice of England that's as elegant as it is picturesque? Nestled in the heart of Warwickshire, Royal Leamington Spa is a hidden gem bursting with a unique blend of history, culture, and relaxation.

I will be getting straight to the point on the 10 activities that I did in Leamington that helped make my trip extra special and enjoyable!

1. Walk around jephsons garden and have a picnic and pick a coffee up from The Aviary, a stunning cafe in the park.

These stunning gardens are named after Dr. Henry Jephson, who played a key role in the town's development as a spa destination. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and feature ornate Victorian structures.

2. Take a pedalo around jephsons gardens lake

Up to 4 people can go on the pedalo, perfect for a laugh with friends. It's fairly cheap and a very fun experience.

3. Listen to live music at Leif, house or Bedford street

This is a great way to wind down in the evening whilst listening to the local talent.

4. Play board games for as long as you like at dice box

A cosy board-game cafe where they talk you through what sort of game you want to play, with how many players you have and then find the perfect pick for you. They then teach you how to play. They are very knowledgeable and also have a classic sweet range of food and drinks to purchase while you play.

5. Go on a dessert tour around Leamington

With places such as neighbourhood, esquires, creams, heavenly desserts and procaffinate all with amazing sweet treats - it’s a must-visit for those with a sweet tooth!

6. Play tennis in the north Leamington courts

The perfect sporting activity if your wanting to get outside, especially as it's free when you book in advance. Great way to be active and have fun with friends and family in a lively environment.

7. Go bowling at Tenpin

Have fun with friends for cheap with a few matches - you can’t forget the arcade and slushies afterwards!

8. Go trampolining in south Leamington

You can go trampolining at "Jump In", which is indoors and on Fridays they do 'late night bounces' with loud music and lights, the perfect excuse to release your inner child if your a bit older!

9. Visit Vue cinema with all films costing around £5

It’s a great excuse to see all the movies you been wanting to see for a low cost. It's also located in the centre of town so easily accessible.

10. Finally, go to the old library to watch sport and chat with friends

Also perfect for a light bite. It is always busy and great in the evening for cheap pub drinks.
